      Course description
    Digital image acquisition techniques: digital photography, cameras and lights for visible and invisible part of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum, microscopic techniques, radiographic imaging and computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, state-of-the-art and forthcoming imaging techniques. Methods for automatic restoration, reconstruction, calibration, processing and analysis, integration, measuring and understanding of image contents with emphasis on robustness, reliability and application in real time. Planning, integration and application of imaging technologies and computer vision systems in everyday life, industry and biomedicine for the acquisition of multi-dimensional data about space, objects and subjects.
